At Jumiso USA, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened items in their original packaging and ensure they are securely boxed to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
